Pet-centric perks are just another thing that makes Lumen Briarcliff so cool. Wet noses are welcome – whether they’re out playing at our private dog park or getting pampered at the pet spa.
Pet Policy
There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. $250 one-time fee, $250 deposit, and $20 per month per pet. At full size, pets may not exceed 60 pounds combined weight. Please contact the leasing office for details regarding breed and animal restrictions.
